We will send your employee or former employee one of our "easy pack" boxes padded to keep your item safe, a prepaid return label, pre-cut tape for resealing, packing instructions, and employer letter to ensure great communication and return of your devices.
What we do

Choose devices to retrieve
Select all devices you wish to receive back. Provide employee's email and address, your company address, and your contact information. Select if you would like to return to us for sanitization or to your business.

We ship a return box to the remote employee
Our pricing includes all Shipping! We will send out one of our "easy pack" boxes with the proper packing materials for the items to return. We will notify employee it is on the way and inform you when it has been shipped to your office or to us.

Receive back your IT equipment securely for redeployment
Get updates all along the way and a portal to track all of your retrievals. Whether it is going to you or to us for sanitization, restocking, resale, or recycle. Get all of the support you need to ensure your devices are returned securely.

While we will send out an email to make sure your employee knows the package is coming, for our Business and Enterprise clients we like to also include a pre-approved letter directly in the box. That way your employee knows it is okay to ship their computers.
Portal for Easy Tracking
Enjoy our self-service portal to track all of your assets and orders.
Should you opt-in for Recovery Services you will get a complete view of assets that we have received back and easily select which should be recycled and which can be wiped for resale.
