It is Included! Shipping is paid for along with the return shipping on our Standard and Business Kits. Business clients have the option for us to customize a Kit box to their specific needs. Please reach out to your dedicated representative or sales@myitretriever.com
To cancel an order, you must notify My IT Retriever within 30 minutes of order submission. We do our best to ship quickly for our clients and want to give you the same experience.

Custom Retrieval Kit
Our standard boxes ship to the lower 48 States. For customized pickups, in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Europe - Please reach out to your dedicated representative or to sales@myitretriever.com for requests outside of the lower 48.
This is a universal laptop packaging solution that fits most laptops up to 16" in its 'Easy Pack' padded section.

Accessory Tray - 15.75” x 3.5” x 1.5”

Most laptop chargers, mice, cell phones, and Employee Badges will fit into the accessory tray.

Some docking stations will also fit. Note that this section is not padded.

If a cell phone is selected, we will include a bubble wrap sleeve in the retrieval shipment.

Our goal is to increase the likelihood that you will get your IT assets back. So we designed our process to give you the best shot at that by making it easy, simple, and quick for both you and the employee or former employee.
Because of this, we are able to obtain a high return rate for our customers, but it is not 100%. We complete our service when we process your order and we are unable to issue a refund should your employee not return their device to you.
